Requirements of Motor Coach Tours:
1 day tours – payment in full
2 to 4 day tours - $50.00 to $150.00 per person
5 day & longer - $150.00 to $300 per person
All fly tours - $300.00 per person
All fly-motor coach tours - $300.00 per person
Payment: Final payment is thirty (30*) days prior to
departure on motor coach tours and forty-five (75) days
prior to departure on fly tours and fly/motor coach tours.
Please note this date on your calendar…you
will not be billed!!! *Some exclusion may apply
based on vendor’s cancellation policies which may change
final payment due dates.
Payment: Trinity accepts cash, check, visa or master
card credit cards.
Please Note: All tour
prices are advertised at discounted cash or check price.
Please add three percent (3%) if paying by credit card. A
$30.00 fee will be accessed on all returned checks.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Your deposit amount, as specified above, will apply to all
cancellations and changes made less than the final payment
date (30 days on motor coach tours & 75 days on all other
tours) plus hotel, land, or airline fees which may be
incurred. Trinity VIP understands that there may be reasons
for making cancellations or changes, however, we cannot make
any exceptions to this rule. We, therefore, strongly
recommend you take Trinity’s Insurance Waiver that is
offered on motor coach tours or purchase Travel Insurance
for full coverage on large motor coach tours and all other
tours. All refunds will be made within twenty (20) days of
receipt of your cancellation notice. No refunds will be made
for “NO SHOWS” on the
day of departure. Please note:
ALL ticket events are non-refundable. Refunds are not
given on tours for attractions, meals, etc. For which
individuals do not participate during tour. When a
roommate(s) cancels, the remaining person(s) will be charged
the applicable accommodation rate for the number of persons
occupying the room.
Insurance: Trinity VIP
offers an insurance waiver for specified motor coach tours.
This insurance waiver will guarantee a refund up to
seventy-two (72) hours prior to departure date.
$100.00 - $10.00 per person
$100.00 to $199.00 - $15.00 per person
$200.00 to $299.00 - $20.00 per person
$300.00 and up – Trip Assured Insurance required

speaking to an agent. Any coverage purchased is an agreement
between the customer and that insurance company.
Documents: Seven (7) to ten (10) days prior to
departure, Trinity VIP will forward final tour documents.
These documents will consist of luggage tags, tour
itineraries, departure instructions, and general

picture id is needed when crossing into Canada or Mexico. A
picture id is required when checking in at the airport for
all flights, foreign and domestic. Trinity VIP cannot be
responsible for passengers who fail to provide required
identification and documentation.
Transportation: Round trip transportation is
via luxury European style motor coaches. All
used are wide-body (102”) with extra amenities.
Trinity VIP agents only work with hotels
that have above average ratings. Hotels are also

stewards are not included, but are expected.
Cruise Payment Policy:
Because of strict deposits, final payment, and cancellation
structure of all cruise lines, Trinity’s deposit, final
payment, and cancellation policy for cruises will be as

from strikes, war, sickness, terrorist acts, government
restrictions or regulations from an act of or omission of an
individual, firm or corporation furnishing transportation,
sight-seeing, hotel accommodations or service in connection
therewith, nor for any other cause whatsoever to the
disruption or change of advertised schedules, rates, or
services to any other cause beyond its control. Trinity VIP
will not be responsible for acts of god – hurricanes,
tornadoes, snowstorms, etc. that may interrupt, cancel, or
strand individuals on motor coach and/or air tours. The
right is reserved to amend the itinerary advertised whenever
transportation schedules or other factors make this
necessary or advisable right is reserved to change any
arrangement here set forth should conditions necessitate
offering substitutions of equal value or to cancel the
operation of any scheduled tour. The right is reserved to
decline to accept or retain any person as a member of the
tour or to cancel or alter any tour. If circumstances
warrant such action due to lack of patronage, a full or
equitable amount will be refunded. No carrier shall have to
incur any responsibility or liability to any person taking
these tours except liability as a common carrier.
